Gareth Richards runs a small solicitor’s practice in Larkfield (www.jgrichards.com).  Since working with James Magee his profits are more than double – but, crucially, he is enjoying his work far more.

“It can be a lonely business running a practice on your own,” says Gareth.  “Our regular meetings provide a great forum for a lot more than just the review of financial performance.  We discuss all aspects of the business – with Brendan playing devil’s advocate where necessary.
