Profits are the Consequence of the Actions You Take
That’s the mantra for this year. Congratulations to a client of ours (who’d prefer to remain anonymous) who has increased the profits of his one-man engineering consultancy by a staggering £28k (41%) this year.
He is working no harder than before – and hasn’t won any significant new customers – but has simply increased his prices to reflect the value that he can see he brings to his clients.
In his case profits clearly are the result of the actions he’s taken.
